新人シェフが料理長に恐る恐る新作カレーの味見をお願いする図。隠し味は赤い缶に入った台湾のお茶。2023/2/25のお茶会「絵と茶と」でも実際にお出しした、とある茶葉をイメージして描きました。カレーの隠し味にも◎なんです。
カレー鍋と味見用小皿の飲んだ跡に油分を感じられる質感もお楽しみください。

By the way, the secret flavor is in a red can, which is certain Taiwanese tea. This was one of the tea leaves actually served at the tea ceremony 🍵event "The Paintings, The Tea and..." in my exhibit yesterday, February 25. It i also works as a good secret flavor for curry.
I hope you'll enjoy the glossy texture in the curry pot and the small plate for tasting.
