I always feel happiness when biting into my mochi, savoring how it stretches deliciously. I enjoyed expressing the stretchy mochi and the semi-translucent appearance of the beans covered by mochi.
*What is Mame daifuku?
A soft, chewy rice cake filled with tender sweet red bean paste and dotted with slightly salted whole beans.
