I depicted this scene in a Tonkatsu restaurant. We can enjoy deep-fried pork cutlets there.
In some Tonkatsu restaurants, they offer a sesame grinder. While waiting for your order, you can grind your own sesame seeds with the grinder to the desired fineness.
While you're engrossed, your miso soup and rice are just served, and your Tonkatsu is about to be done soon. Now, add your preferred sauce (sweet or spicy) to the aromatic freshly ground sesame bowl, and dip a slice of Tonkatsu into it. Enjoy the delightful crunchy dish!
